Refund Policy
4.1 Eligibility
Refunds may be issued if:
- Container is unavailable after payment
- Service cannot be fulfilled due to Cargozaa fault
4.2 Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds for:
- Change of mind after lease confirmation
- Partial usage of lease period
- Customer-related delays or cancellations
4.3 Refund Process
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days
- Processing time: 7–14 working days
- Refunds will be made via original payment method
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Before Delivery
- Cancellation allowed before container dispatch
- May be subject to administrative fee (10–20%)
5.2 After Dispatch
- No cancellation allowed once container is in transit
5.3 Early Termination
- Subject to:
- Minimum lease period
- Early termination charges
5.4 Company Rights
Cargozaa may cancel leases due to:
- Non-payment
- Breach of agreement
- Regulatory issues
