Refund Policy

4.1 Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if:

  • Container is unavailable after payment
  • Service cannot be fulfilled due to Cargozaa fault

4.2 Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds for:

  • Change of mind after lease confirmation
  • Partial usage of lease period
  • Customer-related delays or cancellations

4.3 Refund Process

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days
  • Processing time: 7–14 working days
  • Refunds will be made via original payment method

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Before Delivery

  • Cancellation allowed before container dispatch
  • May be subject to administrative fee (10–20%)

5.2 After Dispatch

  • No cancellation allowed once container is in transit

5.3 Early Termination

  • Subject to:
    • Minimum lease period
    • Early termination charges

5.4 Company Rights

Cargozaa may cancel leases due to:

  • Non-payment
  • Breach of agreement
  • Regulatory issues
