- Access to container inventory
- Leasing contract management
2.3 User Responsibilities
Users must:

- Use containers for lawful purposes
- Maintain containers in good condition
2.4 Leasing Agreement
Each lease is governed by a separate Container Leasing Agreement, including:
- Lease duration
- Rental fees
- Maintenance obligations
- Liability terms
2.5 Payment Terms
- Payments must be made upfront or as agreed
- Late payments may incur penalties
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination
2.6 Limitation of Liability
Cargozaa is not liable for:
- Delays caused by third-party logistics
- Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, port congestion)
2.7 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Breach of terms
- Fraudulent activity
